About Us
More Than a Restaurant — We’re a Binghamton Story
Our Story
Hearth & Table was born from a simple conviction — that great food is best enjoyed slowly, surrounded by people you love. Nestled in the heart of Binghamton, NY, we opened our doors with one mission: to bring farm-fresh, thoughtfully crafted dining to a city that deserves it. Every corner of our restaurant tells a story of community, craft, and Binghamton pride.
We partner with local Broome County farmers to source the freshest seasonal ingredients, ensuring every plate reflects the honest flavors of our region. From first bite to last sip, Hearth & Table is a Binghamton experience designed to linger.

Our Specialties
At Hearth & Table, two dishes have become Binghamton legends. Our Braised Short Rib is slow-cooked for 12 hours in a rich red wine reduction with root vegetables harvested from local Broome County farms — tender, deep, and completely unforgettable. It’s the dish our Binghamton guests drive across the county for.
Our Seared Duck Breast arrives perfectly caramelized, rested over a silky sweet potato purée and finished with a hand-crafted cherry gastrique. Bold, elegant, and entirely our own. These are not just dishes — they are the soul of Hearth & Table’s Binghamton kitchen.

Meet The Team Of NYUS.
Our kitchen is led by a dedicated team of classically trained chefs who chose Binghamton not by accident — but because they believe this city deserves world-class dining. United by a shared love for local ingredients and honest cooking, our team sources from Broome County farms, crafts every dish by hand, and serves with genuine Binghamton pride. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is a love letter to this city and its people.
